K9 Performance Medicine is excited to bring you the second in a series of workshops focusing on fitness and rehabilitation of the canine athlete. This workshop is designed to optimize your incorporation of therapeutic exercise in your rehabilitation plan.
Therapeutic exercise is a foundation of recovery, but sometimes it is hard to figure out which exercise is appropriate for which patient. Once you decide on the exercise the next challenge is trying to get the dog and owner to perform that exercise safely and effectively. This workshop will work through cases developing therapeutic exercise plans and working on implementing those exercises. The workshop will be a mix of presentation, discussion and hands on.
